The shafts, made by us in special steel with high percentage of carbon and opportunely
treated with high frequency tempering at a depth changing according to the diameter,
achieve highest values of hardness- HRC 61-63 - that, united to superficial finishes, as
RA 0,20-0,30 and tolerance on the diameter=h6, give them highest services (other
tolerances by request).
The shafts are grinded on
centerless machines, opportunely equiped and subjected to a control of roundness,
rectilinearity and hardness that, as the depth, is uniform on the whole shaft.

Our shafts are produced with the following diameters:
6 - 8 - 10 - 12 - 14 - 15 - 16 - 18 - 20 -22 - 25 - 30 - 35 - 40 - 45 - 50 - 60 - 80 mm or
in inches (see table).
The lengths may exceed the commercial ones, reaching 8650 mm. To achieve
superior measures, the shifts can be assembled among them.
Every Kind of working can be carry out, by request and by drawning.
